About Second Act Pastries

Pastries have been my passion for as long as I can remember. After spending years in the corporate world, I took a leap of faith and pursued my true calling by attending culinary school. My classical training in culinary arts at Top Toques Institute of Culinary Management in Kitchener, Ontario, helped me realize my full potential and set me on this incredible journey. Now, in the second act of my life, I am dedicated to sharing my love for pastries with the world. This brand is a tribute to the amazing teachers who saw something in me before I saw it in myself—thank you for believing in me.
